After 30 minutes, I have booked 40 hours of post renovation with Mimmo, whose company policy is to get full payment in advance to confirm the bookings. Superb, simply superb. (Deep Clean) – Basically I needed a deep clean for parts of a share house. (Not just empty the bins, wipe the benches and a vacuum.) The results were spectacular. From the dials on the oven being cleaned (behind and the outside part), through to the rods connecting the dials, through to the whole oven/stove itself it was epic. Like brand new. (Considering the oven is decades old that’s saying something.)

So to do justice to us became in the second day to give a free quote as well (after we had moved out). He was very understanding and reduced his quote as well and provided a really good quality of work

He came in the second time to clean, the property managers weren’t happy even after that, so he himself came in the third time and personally cleaned whatever was left.

I used the team for renovations cleaning. The booking was easy given i only gave them 4 days notice. The team did an excellent job in completing all items I had on my priority list. They were very attentive on small details. At the end of the job I was able to do a walk through to inspect their work. There price was appropriate and the time estimated for cleaning was correct. We were impressed with the enthusiasm of Mimmo and his team and their work that was of a very high standard. The cleaning transformed the property to our satisfaction and that of a professional stylist whom we had engaged. When she came in the next day she commented that it was rare in her experience not to have to do any cleaning before she began staging the property. We were all pleasantly surprised by the quality of work and the value for money. We given options for the best outcome within our budget. Mimmo and his wife clearly love what they do and we have already passed on their contact details to the stylist and real estate agent.

What a TEAM!
After months of renovations the house was literally covered in dust. Mimmo came onsite for an inspection and was very professional in his approach giving his advice on what was needed and to set expectations right from the start. His team lead by Nancy came through the house non-stop cleaning every surface inside & out.
At the end Nancy walks you through of what has been cleaned and the result was amazing. They definitely cleaned to impress!
