Quotes are provided upfront in AUD (excluding GST), valid for 14 days, and may adjust for distance, access, or additional labour. Hours are calculated as person-hours (e.g. 2 cleaners × 4 hours = 8 total), and clients are encouraged to provide a clear priority list to ensure the most important areas are covered. Please ensure electricity, hot water, and parking are available on-site. For regular cleaning and housekeeping, clients must supply their own products and equipment. All bookings are secured by prepayments, with bank transfer (preferred payment method) or with a 2% oncharge for card payments and a 48-hour cancellation policy.Our team uses premium, non-toxic cleaning products suitable for most surfaces and takes every precaution when caring for your home. However, Clean House Melbourne cannot be held liable for pre-existing damage such as scratches, flaking paint, or loose grout. If your property’s condition requires extra time or work, we’ll always confirm before proceeding. We stand by our Satisfaction Promise — if something isn’t right, notify us within 24 hours and we’ll return promptly at no extra cost.
